Tours, Information Sessions, and Registration

The Wake County Magnet Center has an email account and a phone number dedicated to parent inquiries.  If you would like information about the magnet programs, please email: magnetcenter@wcpss.net or call the Magnet Program phone number (501-7900).  

School Tours - Tours are offered throughout the school year.  Parents and students can tour the school by first calling to schedule a visit. Please contact Brenda Swartz at 919-662-2354.

Fall Magnet School Fair - Organized by Wake County Schools Magnet Office and hosted by Southeast Raleigh High School.  Parents and students are welcome to attend and view booths and materials from each magnet school in Wake County.  The fair is open from 9:00 am -12:00 pm.

Winter - School visits to feeder elementary schools end in January.

Magnet Application - Dates for the application period will be determined by the Wake County Schools Magnet Office.
