School Improvement Plan
| 1. Implement strategies that increase standardized test scores in reading. |
| a. Integrate reading into other areas of the curriculum |
| -Provide staff development relating to research based strategies to all faculty during early release teacher workdays and faculty meetings. |

| -Plan and apply curriculum mapping to link language arts with content area instruction. |
