Junior Beta Club

The National Beta Club was founded in 1933 and chartered under state law in South Carolina on August of 1936. The qualifications for membership in the National Beta Club include strong character, good mentality, high achievement, and positive attitude.  Students are held to high academic and social standards and are encouraged to continue their education on to the collegiate level after high school. College scholarship amounts can range from $1,000 to $15,000 for a high school graduate who continues membership in the National Beta Club.

The Beta Club at East Garner Magnet Middle School promotes character, service, and leadership in high achieving students. Students are encouraged to always give their best effort and to promote qualities of character for good citizenship in others and themselves.  Members are advised by Junior Beta Club Advisor, Deborah Stefanski.

The members of the East Garner Magnet Middle School Junior Beta Club for the year 2007-2008 will be listed soon.
