WHY EAST GARNER?
East Garner Magnet Middle School is an authorized International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IBMYP). Our goal is to prepare our students to be responsible members of the global community.
Each year our students take all eight core subject areas as defined by the IB MYP. These include: Language A, Language B, Humanities (Social Studies), Mathematics, Science, Technology, Physical Education (Healthful Living), and Art.

- All approved volunteers from the 2010-11 school year (i.e., individuals approved as volunteers prior to 6/30/11) must re-activate no later than 10/31/11 in order to continue as approved volunteers during the 2011-12 school year.
